- It lives in your account, on your subscription. Your Claude plan, your logins, your data. I never hold a credential of yours, and nothing of yours connects into my systems. If we ever part ways, you keep the agent, the memory, and every skill in it.
- It drafts. It doesn’t send, post, delete or spend. Every outward-facing action waits for you to say yes. That’s written into the agent itself, not a setting you have to remember.
- I’ll tell you where it won’t help. Some jobs still need a human, and pretending otherwise is how people get burnt by AI. There’s a list further down of what it won’t do, so you know where the walls are before you start.
- I built it for my own agency first. My agent runs Bel Digital’s admin, leads and reporting every day. I’m not selling you something I don’t use myself.

Before: you do the pre-work
Some quick questions about your setup, whatever brand and logo material exists, and a ChatGPT export that pulls out how you write. At your desk with your files open, not on the spot with someone watching you type.
Then: I build it
Your answers become your agent. Every file written to your business, your voice, your clients and your industry. This is the bulk of the work and it happens without you.
The session: we switch it on
Folder in place, your tools connected (you click every authorisation yourself, I navigate), skills installed. Then we run it on something real from your business while I’m still there.
First week: you use it daily on one thing
Not ten things. One. That’s how the habit forms. Anything that misfires gets fixed, and your pro tips sheet lands with the recording of your session.
Ongoing: the care plan takes over
A monthly health review, one new workflow, and a call.
what it won’t do
- It doesn’t send, post, delete or spend anything without you. Every outward-facing action waits on your yes.
- It doesn’t store a password and it will never ask you for one. You authorise your own tools, in your own account, in front of me.
- Nothing runs on a schedule at launch. Every routine starts when you ask for it. Scheduling is a later conversation, not a launch promise.
- It’s built for one person, not a team. One Claude login, on the one machine you work on. A second person is a separate build, scoped separately.
- One email account to start. Aliases are fine, meaning two addresses landing in the same inbox. Two genuinely separate accounts is a bigger job, and we’d talk about that before you commit rather than discover it mid-session.
- It can read your files and create new ones, but it can’t write into an existing spreadsheet. So it’ll draft the row for your quote log rather than filling it in for you.
- It won’t replace your judgement. It drafts, remembers, and does the repetitive work. Deciding what to do is still your job.

The three-month care plan is optional. It keeps the agent current as your business changes, and it’s where new skills get built.
Health review
I read what it’s been doing and how, fix any drift, correct stale facts, and tidy its memory. Done on my side, no session needed from you.

- A paid Claude plan in your name. Any paid plan is fine to start. Running the agent uses your plan, which is exactly why it stays yours.
- The Claude desktop app, on the computer you actually work on rather than a spare one.
- One business email account, plus wherever your files live: Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox or the machine itself.
- The pre-work, and a setup session with me.
- A willingness to grow and adapt it. The first version is a draft of your business, and it gets better by you telling it more detail as you go along.
